Data Entry & Inventory Administrator

Our client, a reputable and growing organisation based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs, is seeking an experienced Data Entry & Inventory Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong SAP experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across multiple departments.

As a key member of the team, you will act as a central link between the Customer Service and Supply Chain functions, ensuring accurate data management and seamless inventory administration processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-volume and accurate data entry using SAP
  • Reconciling purchase orders against supplier invoices and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintaining inventory records and ensuring data integrity across systems
  • Processing stock movements, receipts, and inventory transactions
  • Liaising closely with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate order and inventory information
  • Investigating and resolving inventory and invoicing issues in a timely manner
  • Generating reports and assisting with inventory administration activities
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider operations team

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in Data Entry, Inventory Administration, or Supply Chain Administration
  • Strong SAP experience is essential
  • Experience reconciling purchase orders and invoices
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
