Her extensive experience in HR related matters places her in an ideal position to consult on a wide range of Human Resources issues. Her knowledge has enabled her to assist many businesses to address their HR compliance requirements, while helping to improve performance and productivity.
Louise’s areas of expertise include recruitment, training, HR compliance, performance management, consulting, industrial relations and EBA negotiations. Louise holds a Bachelor of Business Degree, a Diploma of Frontline Management and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
Corrinne is degree qualified in Commerce and has completed her Master’s Degree in Labour Law and Relations. Corrinne is also a licensed HR Coach, DiSC facilitator and registered member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Corrinne has been comprehensively trained and has exclusive business tools that will help your business improve performance and productivity whilst ensuring compliance with all of your legislative requirements.
Previously Corrinne has held senior HR positions, where she has developed considerable knowledge and experience in industrial relations, conflict resolution, performance management, workers’ compensation, recruitment, training, executive coaching and workforce planning.

Ashley utilises her vast experience and knowledge in Industrial Relations, talent management, recruitment, leadership and organisational development, change management as well as organisational effectiveness and culture to add value to the businesses we work with. Ashley has a wide breadth of experience providing specialist HR solutions to businesses of all sizes across a varied industry landscape. She is degree qualified in Commerce (HRM and Employment Relations) and is also currently studying a Masters of Business Administration.
