Flexi Personnel is a well-respected agency that has been in operation since 1992. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to lead our Laverton Branch. Working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, this role requires a passionate and pro-active recruitment professional who can manage a small team, provide exceptional service our clients and loves the thrill of sales.

The role
* Key leadership position for the Laverton Branch.
* Development new business across our Blue and White Collar Divisions in the Western Suburbs.
* Support your team to grow existing client accounts.
* Take a lead role in developing our Permanent Recruitment capabilities.
* Assisting your team to fulfil all facets of the recruitment process.
* Mentoring your team to achieve the set performance benchmarks.
* Take a lead role in our WHS responsibilities for the branch.

The candidate
* Proven track record in the recruitment industry in a Sales Manager, Account Manager, Branch Manager or Operations Manager role.
* Previous experience in management of a recruitment team.
* Must love Sales and Account Management
* Driven to achieve results and a tenacity to exceed expectations.
* Self-driven with strong time management skills.
* The ability to work well in a team and development relationships across the wider business.
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

You will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive who will work with you to further build this growing part of our business. If you are driven by achieving results and building strong relationships with clients and you are keen to grow with the business, this role is for you!
