Our client, a well-established food manufacturing company based in Keysborough, is seeking an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with strong communication and coordination skills who enjoys working across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner
- Assist with procurement and purchasing of materials and supplies
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Support general administrative tasks and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
About You:
- Previous experience in sales administration, internal sales, or customer service within a manufacturing or distribution setting
- Experience with SAP (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
