Are you an experienced Office support All Rounder looking for a stable, Monday to Friday job to work around the kids at school?

We demonstrate a commitment to understanding our client's business needs and providing tailored staffing solutions within the blue, and white-collar sectors.

Your primary role will be in supporting the 2 office administrators in their roles. Looking after finance, accounts and occupational health & safety business requirements, you will learn the varied tasks required to run a family owned business.

Hours will be 9.3am-2pm, Monday- Friday.

Tasks will include but not be limited to:

* Invoicing

* Responding to emails

* Completing credit card & bank reconciliations

* Liaising with onsite tradies to ensure they are inducted

* Scheduling of jobs

* Using an inhouse computer system

What you require for the role:

* Minimum 2 years experience in an office all-rounder position

* An eye for detail and ability to learn quickly on the job

* Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems easily

* Strong communication skills including reading & writing English

* Car & reliable transport to get to work

* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support your teammates

* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
