We are currently seeking a CNC Operator to join our small, friendly manufacturing team in Broadmeadows. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with consistent hours, a clean work environment, and $33.96 per hour + Super.
Location: Broadmeadows VIC
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $33.96 per hour + Super
Type: Temp to Perm
Start Date: ASAP
Key Duties

Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Perform routine machine adjustments and tool changes

Inspect finished products using measuring instruments

Ensure machines are running safely and efficiently

Maintain clean workspaces and follow safety procedures

Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team
What We're Looking For

Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to read technical drawings
