Flexi Personnel is working with a client based in Melbourne Northern Suburbs who creates custom furniture pieces and distributes them to stores across Melbourne. We seek experienced LO forklift drivers with also High reach to assist a busy warehouse and help with various other store duties on the floor.
** TEMP TO PERM opportunity for the right candidate **
The role:
- LO or High Reach Forklift operation
- General Warehouse duties - RF Scanning
- Using a Warehouse Management System
- Manual lifting, shifting and moving products
- Day Shift
- Pay range between $33 -$36, depending on experience
- Training is provided to learn systems
- Must be flexible with 7 am or 6 am starts
- Saturday work also available when required
About you:
- MUST have LO (Order Picker) and High Reach experience in a warehouse environment is ideal
- LO licence is a MUST
- RF scanning
- Must be fit and Healthy
- Experience with hand-unloading containers and not afraid to complete this task (10kg - 25kg)
- Some knowledge about inbound/outbound processes
- Some WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience or have the technical aptitude for internal system use
- Reliability is a MUST
- Overtime available during busy periods
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Reliable own transport
