Combining these skills with a sound understanding of personal injury legal frameworks, gained from working with the legal industry for many years, ensures they can provide great assistance in securing just and adequate compensation for your personal injury cases.

Katherine Rintoule

Katherine has been employed by Flexi Personnel since 2015 as the Employment Assessment Team Manager, leading the team of HR Consultants to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our clients when providing expert witness reports in HR and recruitment. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management, OH&S for Managers & Supervisors training and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across multiple industries, and currently as the HR Manager at Flexi Personnel, Katherine possesses comprehensive expertise in the open labour market, placing her in a strong position to advise on a broad spectrum of human resource and recruitment matters.

Mary Oliver

Working for Flexi Personnel since August 2004, Mary holds a Diploma in Business Management, a Nationally Accredited Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (Category 2) and a TAA Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment. Mary has over 25 years of experience in HR, recruitment and training positions including consulting and specialist roles with government projects such as Careers Advice Australia and Skills for Growth Workforce Development.

Belinda Iatrou

Belinda holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE), TAELLN411 – Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills, has completed numerous professional development programs and is also trained in emotional intelligence, consulting, mental health, sales, and interviewing techniques. Passionate about helping individuals and organisations flourish, Belinda is currently studying a Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing to further enhance her expertise in people development and organisational culture.

Alison McGrath

Alison holds a Master of Business Psychology (with Distinction) and a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources), is a certified Gallup coach; and possesses Hay Group certification (now Korn Ferry) in role competency profiling, enabling detailed understanding of job design and compensation structures. Alison has over 19 years’ experience across recruitment and consulting to the not-for-profit, private and government sectors, and brings experience leading end-to-end people and culture for organisations.

Jennifer Carrol

Jennifer has extensive experience in all levels of recruitment across a breadth of sectors and is highly skilled in behavioural based interview techniques; having managed and participated in multiple projects including graduate recruitment, high-volume private and public recruitment drives and leadership development projects.  In her own business, Jennifer has conducted independent business assessment reviews as well as working with local organisations in a coaching and workplace training capacity, including end-to end recruitment.

Janine Menadue

EA Administration Support

Working for Flexi since 2005, Janine provides the Flexi EA team with administration support including managing the booking process and scheduling appointments. She is usually the first point of call when contacting the Flexi EA team and will be able to manage all enquiries.
