Permanent Recruitment Consultant
Flexi Personnel is celebrating 31 years in business and the opening of its 6th office in 2022. With our permanent placement division 'Placement Solutions' going from strength to strength in all of our Branches, we are seeking a passionate Recruitment Professional to further grow our Permanent Placement business in the Eastern and South Eastern suburbs.
We provide a wide variety of recruitment solutions to our clients and specialize in the office, manufacturing, industrial, trades and professional staffing sectors. This is a challenging and rewarding 360 role for an experienced Recruiter with relevant industry experience.
In this role you will:
- Be considered a Permanent Recruitment Expert and provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on the recruitment process to achieve a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders;
- Actively plan and undertake business development activities in the local area to source employer client placement opportunities
- Develop and maintain valuable, mutually beneficial, long-term client and candidate relationships through regular engagement
- Actively source candidates through various platforms and determine suitability through the recruitment process
- Work closely with Senior Business Managers to achieve and exceed targets
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven recruitment experience with a recruitment agency (essential)
- A positive 'can do' attitude and high level of attention to detail
- Personable and professional manner
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Organised with the ability to multi task
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Your own vehicle and a current driver's licence (essential)
