We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administration Officer for our new client based in Geelong. This family-owned business is well established within the Commercial Building and manufacturing industries.

Their business is growing and now need a superstar to help grow further. To be successful for this role you will need the following experience -

  • XERO
  • Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Payroll

You will need to be highly organised with an excellent phone manner. On a day to day basis you will work closely with the business owner managing daily tasks including - processing invoices, general housekeeping, data maintenance, processing payroll, assisting Administrators/Project Managers as required and answering/directing phone calls.

Experience with new software rollouts an advantage!
