We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Administration Assistant for our new client based in Geelong. This family-owned business is well established within the Commercial Building and manufacturing industries.
To be successful for this role you will need the following -
- XERO experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
- Accounts Receivable and Payable experience
This is a Part Time role, 3 days per week. You will be assisting the office with general office duties including, data entry, data maintenance, answering/directing phone calls, pickups of office consumables, scanning and filing plus other duties as required.
