Casual
Ideal when you need someone for an ad hoc or contract role, casual placements are charged at an hourly rate, based on the award applicable to your site. Flexi's rates include wages and on costs, including WorkCover premiums, redundancies, superannuation payments, public liability insurance, payroll tax, and professional indemnity cover.
Permanent
This method is used for the direct placement of an applicant sourced by Flexi. Our professional fee is based on the worker's annual salary package and includes a 12-week guarantee period. Please contact us for further information regarding our fee structure.
Temporary to Permanent
Flexi places a person for you to evaluate before offering full-time employment. A weekly hire rate applies, based on your site award or EBA structure. If the candidate is successful, a final placement fee is calculated, based on the length of continual service at your site. That means our fee will drop 1% for every 4-week period of casual service to a minimum of 3% of annual salary package. A guarantee period in weeks per percentage placement fee paid applies.
